"I've been with State Farm Insurance Agent Jennifer Smigal for almost 20 years. We currently have our 3 cars and our homeowner's insurance all through Jennifer Smigal's office. Jennifer and her staff have consistently provided me with excellent customer service. I recently dealt with Manuel Perez, one of the associate agents. I called to find out why my monthly premiums had gone up so much. What Manuel discovered was that they never included one of our 3 cars in the multi-car discount. After some further review, Manuel got me a refund for the portion, which I was getting over-charged, for the last 18 or so months, so it wasn’t a small refund! This really impressed me…an insurance agent who truly looks out for his clients and willing to correct an over-charge scenario. The entire office is run very professionally and efficiently, such that it carries over to how they treat the customer. I highly recommend going with State Farm Agent Jennifer Smigal’s office for all your insurance needs. I know my family and I will be with them for years to come. In fact, today I had a chance to work with Mark Heron. I recently had one of our 3 cars taken off my policy because the car and its driver (my mom) had moved to FL and we had to get FL insurance. I called to ask why the monthly 'upcoming premium notification email' still said the $$ amount for 3 cars. Mark assured me that on his end, he was seeing the right information, that I had taken one of the cars off my policy and he was able to tell me the reduced amount for my monthly premium, now based on 2 cars. Perfect. Once again, I received excellent service from Jennifer Smigal's State Farm office!"
